AMATIKA 46% PLANT-BASED LATTE
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Base mixture
300g Plant-based drink of your choice
130g AMATIKA 46%
Vanilla
1 Deseeded vanilla bean
Tonka
1 Tonka bean
Chai spice mix
1g Nutmeg
2 Cloves
1g Ground ginger
1g Ground cinnamon
5 Green cardamom seeds
Heat the plant-based drink with the flavoring of your choice.
Infuse for 5 minutes, then strain onto the partially melted AMATIKA 46% couverture chocolate.
Stir until the beans are completely melted.
Blend and serve immediately in a glass or mug.
For an extra-indulgent touch, add some frothed plant-based drink and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
