We launched our innovation Amatika 35% a plant based – almond white couverture, in the United Kingdom and decided to gather our clients to celebrate it.
L'Ecole Valrhona joined this event to train Chefs on how to use this new couverture and the CSR team got the opportunity to spread the word about how plant based based pastry can be another tool to be more sustainable.
