AMATIKA 35% PLANT-BASED BROWNIES
Preparation time: 20 minutes
180 g Soy yogurt
90 g Raw cane sugar
90 g All-purpose flour
4 g Potato starch
20 g Almond flour
4 g Baking powder
25 g Cocoa powder
1 g Fleur de sel
50 g AMATIKA 35%
20 g Grapeseed oil
35 g Flavorless coconut oil
100 g Pecans
100 g AMATIKA 35%
Whisk together the soy yogurt and brown sugar.
Mix together the all-purpose flour, potato starch, almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the first mixture.
Melt together the 50g of AMATIKA 35%, grapeseed oil and flavorless coconut oil.
Add this mixture to the first, then stir until smooth.
Finally, use a spatula to add in the pecans and the 100g of solid AMATIKA 35%.
Mix together the all-purpose flour, potato starch, almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the first mixture.
Melt together the 50g of AMATIKA 35%, grapeseed oil and flavorless coconut oil.
Add this mixture to the first, then stir until smooth.
Finally, use a spatula to add in the pecans and the 100g of solid AMATIKA 35%.
Assembly and finishing
Bake for: 30 minutes
Pour into the mold and bake at 340°F (170°C) for approx. 30 minutes.
