To create Araguani, we selected the Sur del lago region, Venezuela, well-known for its rich terroir, which gives this couverture all its aromatic complexity. A 100% cocoa that uniquely enhances the chocolate taste and enriches its powerful flavor.
A Valrhona partner since 2016, Cacao San José is a family business that has been producing high-quality cocoa since 1830 in the crop’s ancestral home, Venezuela. It grows Criollo, a cocoa with a fine, woody aroma which is also a symbol of resilience and national pride. It is committed to social well-being and sustainability, which is why 100% of its plots have been geolocated since 2022.

Made from the same fine cocoa as Guanaja, P125 Cœur de Guanaja 80% is less sweet than regular chocolate and has a strong flavor intensified by a higher content of dry cocoa matter.
Thanks to its high cocoa content, Bahibé adds intense cocoa notes to its gentle milky flavor, with nutty hues, fruity acidity and a slightly bitter edge. Bahibé 46%, Single Origin Dominican Republic, a Valrhona milk chocolate with a cocoa-rich taste and cereal and ripe fruit notes, made from cocoa beans from Duarte province.
