What is the C3 competition and who is it for?

C3 is an international competition for catering and hospitality professionals over the age of 21.

The competition has three rounds:

Round 1: Submit a plated dessert recipe and a molded chocolate bonbon recipe on a given theme. Contenders whose recipes are chosen by the jury then compete with one another by region and make their recipes in real conditions.
