Valrhona offers its professional customers a customization service, allowing them to create their own signature. 
In order to develop your custom recipe, we first try to identify the technical and taste characteristics of your future chocolate. Once we have identified the main markers, we select the Cocoa terroirs which, thanks to their unique aromatic profile, offer us a wide range of creations.
