As every year, try to win your place in the Cercle V Calendar and be part of our customers' most beautiful creations in 2027.

Behind every blend lies a meticulous process of selecting the finest cocoa beans to create a unique and consistent flavor profile. It is up to you to interpret them and craft a creation that brings out their full richness.

Stages of the Competition

From 13/04/2026 to 15/05/2026

Stage #1

To participate,
send a picture of your best creation showcasing one Exceptional blends Couvertures, in portrait format with a light background, along with a description of the recipe and the ingredients used.

From 15/05/2026 to 19/05/2026

Stage #2

Preselection:
The Valrhona team checks the compliance of each application.

From 19/05/2026 to 28/05/2026

Stage #3

Judging phase:
A jury of experts will select
the 24 most outstanding creations.

Announcing the results:
The chosen creations will be part of the calendar for our Cercle V customers, and showcased every month on social media in 2027!
