C3 Competition Final

The final of the C³, Cercle des Chefs Consecration will take place on Thursday 28 January 2010 during the Madrid Fusion.
For this special occasion, the jury will be presided by Mrs Léa Linster (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), Head Chef of the eponymous establishment.She will be accompanied by 7 other expert Chefs to select the winner of this second professional gastronomy final: Mette Blomsterberg (Denmark), Pedro Subijana (Spain), Enric Rovira (Spain), Thierry Marx (France), Italo Bassi (Italy), Yoshihiro Narisawa (Japan) and Stéphane Cheramy (USA).This international jury will taste the recipes created by the 8 finalists.So fix a date for 28 January next, for a sublimely flavourful final!
