A “Purely Chocolate” Dinner for the CAMBIOS Project 2009-11-17 - ALL OTHER COUNTRIES - Foundation On Thursday 16 November, Valrhona’s Foundation for Taste organized a “Purely Chocolate” dinner in Caracas, Venezuela to collect funding for the CAMBIOS Project. This totally chocolaty evening, orchestrated by Frédéric Bau, Executive Chef and Director of Innovation and Creation at Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat and by Christophe Renou, hand-in-hand with the Alto Restaurant and its Chef - Carlos Garcia, who invited guests to savour the most remarkable hospitality, was an incredible success.Through funding collected, a botanical garden is to be created in Pedegral, where biodiversity corridors for plants will be developed.Opening planned for 2011 !
