During the kick-off of the Feria del Chocolate on 7 November 2009 in Mérida, Valrhona’s Foundation for Taste presented its Cocoa-Chocolate Exhibition.
Through the illustration of the Porcelana cocoa, this exhibition, created in partnership with Socaoven and the Mérida Botanical Garden Foundation, offered visitors the opportunity to discover the history of Cocoa, its botanical importance and its high economic and cultural potential.An occasion for the Foundation to federate its links with its regional partners and to reiterate its wish for the CAMBIOS project to become a reality.
