The Ecole du Grand Chocolat is Launched in Paris-Versailles 2010-01-04 - FRANCE - Ecole Following in the footsteps of Tain L’Hermitage and Tokyo, Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat has opened its doors in Paris-Versailles. Professional press journalists were invited to participate in an incredible show celebrating Valrhona Chocolate.The team from Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat were represented by Frédéric Bau, Franck Vidal, Thierry Bridron, Jérémie Runel and Julie Haubourdin.Following on from a presentation of the School, held in Valrhona’s creative laboratory, guests discussed around the opulent marble-designed kitchen, sharing together a discovery of chocolaty delicacies; pure moments of seductive pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds.
