Valrhona Signs the Corporate Parenthood Charter

On 1st December, in the presence of Jérôme Ballarin, Founder of the CPO (Corporate Parenthood Observatory) and of Nadine Morano and Xavier Darcos, 31 new companies signed the Corporate Parenthood Charter in Paris.
Companies commit, through this agreement, to initiate concrete actions to harmonize professional and family life. Valrhona, for example, has introduced numerous part-time parental educational leave opportunities, partial payment of the complementary family health insurance and is promoting optimal manager-awareness for staff returning to work after maternity or paternity leave.This day offered Valrhona the occasion to reiterate its moral values favouring absolute respect for the individual and for the family.
