VALRHONA champions the FFCA contest

The national finals of the French Federation of Amateur Cooking contest (FFCA) took place on November 29th, at CEPROC’s School of Culinary Arts in Paris
Thanks to Valrhona, the Federation’s chosen chocolate supplier, contestants have been able to make truly delicious desserts.The day also included cookery classes, introductions to wine-tasting and opportunities to taste a range of products.
