The Bocuse d’Or, 27 and 28 January 2009 2009-01-27 - FRANCE - Events Created in 1987 the Bocuse d’Or is one of the most prestigious international cookery competitions... ...and was the first to take place live in front of an audience and TV cameras. Over 1,100 journalists, radio stations and TV channels now cover the event.The Honorary President is Daniel Boulud and the President of the International Jury is Fabrice Desvignes, winner in 2007. As with the World Pastry Cup, entrants have two days to present their best dishes. The much-awaited results will be announced tomorrow…
