Valrhona chocolate visits the fashion capital of the world
On February 2nd you will have an unmissable opportunity to meet chefs from Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat, at the 6th international fine cooking congress IDENTITA’ GOLOSE (www.identitagolose.it). This is a chance for all Valrhona fans to watch the cookery demonstrations that will be taking place all day on the themes ‘SENSIBLE PASTRIES’ and ‘LUXURIOUS SIMPLICITY’. This year the demonstrations will be by Frédéric Bau, Creative Director at Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat, Thierry Bridron, Director of the Paris-Versailles Ecole du Grand Chocolat, and pastry chef Gianluca Fusto.
