Fraîch'attitude Day! 2009-06-19 - FRANCE - Events On Friday 12 June 2009, the Valrhona Foundation for Taste and the Ecole du Grand Chocolat participated in the Fraîch'attitude day at Tain l'Hermitage. The Fraîch'attitude week is a national week dedicated to the promotion of fresh fruit and vegetables...The Valrhona Foundation for Taste and the Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat were naturally more than happy to contribute to a local initiative promoting taste and participated in the Fraîch'attitude day at Tain l'Hermitage.All through the day, the Valrhona Foundation for Taste team offered a chocolate tasting to accompany the tastings of fresh fruit and vegetables, and Julie Haubourdin of the Ecole du Grand Chocolat joined the team for the press briefing, to offer a tasting of fruit flavoured macaroons and present the gourmet courses.
