Valrhona showcases at the Cartoucherie in Bourg les Valence on 3 March 2010

Pixar, Disney, Canal Plus, ZDF, Folimage, and many more... 150 professionals from the world of animated movies converged on the South Rhône-Alpes Region Animated Image Centre (Pôle Image Sud Rhône Alpes) in Bourg les Valence for their annual convention
During this major event, Valrhona presented its gastronomic products and exceptional savoir-faire. Sébastien Curtalin, the Ecole du Grand Chocolat’s gourmet trainer, displayed his unique talents on Valrhona’s stand, by creating exclusive chocolate pleasures which would have been perfectly at home in an animated movie: a tractor and a sheep inspired by Luc Eyriey’s techniques.All the guests delighted in the chocolate taste-experience which evoked memories for some, who recalled the Valrhona chocolate they had tasted back home in their own countries (notably Norway and Japan).
