For the first time, this exhibition, founded in 2007 by four chocolatiers, is taking place over a full two days, at the Saalbau-Theater. In 2009, 5000 visitors from the Rhénanie-Palatinat region attended this unmissable chocolate-focused gathering.This year the event has attracted craftsman chocolatiers from Germany, France and Italy.Varhona, who sponsors the show, will have a Cocoabase stand, where chocolate-lovers will be able to try the delights offered by Valrhona’s Grands Crus chocolates.There will also be an artistic chocolate creation competition, which will give chocolatiers and apprentices the opportunity to win over the Jury with their mouthwatering designs.
