The Ecole du Grand Chocolat is Launched in Paris-Versailles...More ! 2010-01-04 - FRANCE - Ecole On 7 December, after the inauguration of Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat for the professional press, the popular press had the privilege of discovering this new training centre. The day was an overwhelming success; journalists and bloggers were enchanted by the presentation of the School and totally captivated by the Christmas-themed workshop created by Julie Haubourdin.
