On 2 December last, Javier Guilen held a pastry-making showcase in the Aula Tecfood in Alicante.
He created several intensively succulent desserts for a group of over thirty enthusiastic connoisseurs and chocolate-lovers.Thanks to Valrhona’s latest collections - Macaé, Caramelia, Etnao, among others, Javier, once again, exalted the art of Valrhona Chocolate.Pure, sensorial delight!
